A. MEYER Ms. Meyer is a 1985 Honors Graduate of Tulane University
School of Law, where she was Articles Editor for the Maritime Lawyer.
She has focused her practice on commercial litigation, including real
estate, oil and gas, securities arbitration and litigation, premises
liability and commercial landlord-tenant disputes, and employment torts.
Ms. Meyer is a qualified mediator for general civil disputes under
the Texas Alternative Dispute Resolution Act and a volunteer mediator
for the Harris County Dispute Resolution Center. Prior to joining Ogden,
Gibson, Broocks & Longoria,
L.L.P., she was associated with Fulbright & Jaworski L.L.P. in Houston,
Texas. She was a National Merit Scholar at Louisiana State University,
where she graduated magna cum laude in 1979. She is the author
of In Another Country: The Effect of Mandatory Port Law Upon Statutory
Duties of Discharge and Delivery, 9 Mar. Law 123 (1984). |
