Mr. Cassidy
is a trial lawyer whose practice includes commercial litigation, general
business litigation, securities litigation, contract and tort disputes,
and environmental law. Mr. Cassidy is a 2001 graduate of the University
of Texas Law School, where he was a member of the Order of the Barristers,
the National Moot Court Team, and the American Bar Association Moot Court
Team. Mr. Cassidy holds a M.A. in Philosophy and Literature from Warwick
University, England, where he was a Rotary Scholar, and a B.A. from James
Madison College, Michigan State University. Prior to law school, Mr. Cassidy
was an environmental consultant specializing in commercial real estate transactions
and due diligence for a Midwestern environmental consulting company. He
is a former Fellow at the Coro Foundation for public affairs in St. Louis,
Missouri, and is licensed to practice in both Texas and Illinois.
